Good recovery. Still tired.
Today’s workout was:
- 6x4 Clean Pulls + 6x5 Max Height Hurdle Hop 
- 5x5 Explosive BB Box Step Ups + 5x15 KB Swings ( 50lbs in possible) 
- 5x4 DB Squat Jumps ( 35-45lb DB)+ 5x10 Ball Slam, Squat to Overhead Toss @25lbs * Rest intervals 45 Seconds 
I had some time after the workout so went back and worked on some clean and jerk positioning techniques.
