Bad math
Today’s workout was:
- 6X4 Back Squat @85% + 5x5 Glute Ham Raise 
- 6X4 Deadlift @ 85%+ 6X5 Heavy DB or KB Lateral Goblet Lunge 
- 6X4 BB RDL +6X4 BB Box Step Ups

- 10 E/S SB Plank Saw 
- 40 Sec Front Plank 
- 40 Sec Left Plank w/leg lift 
- 40 sec Right Plank w/ leg lift

For Fun

Today was one of those days I miscalculated the percentage and ended up with 20# more than what was prescribed on the deadlifts. After each superset I was pretty gassed, and I realized my error on the 4th set. Whoops!
